Okay, I’d liketo talk about a multinational chocolate company which is Cadbury.It’s founded in Birmingham in the UK where I hadmy university in, so I’m very familiar with this brand.I visited its company and factory several years ago and was told about theiramazing history and ideas for their products.

I’m notsurprised that a huge confectionery 糖果糕点brand like Cadbury would attract children all over the world. Actually, theyare so successful on marketing that they have bonded theirproducts including chocolate crème eggs, chocolatebunny兔子 and sugar with several festivals likeEaster or valentine’s day. So I would say, not onlykids, adults also love this brand and we are consumingthese sweetsevery day.

As for its history, it was JohnCadbury who started this business in Birmingham, selling tea, coffee anddrinking chocolate in Bull street. And it didn’tflourish until he rent a factory and converted it to aspecializedcocoa factory which produced chocolate drinks and candies.

And lastly, in terms of the reasonwhy I love it, I would say, apart from the creative products, I’m truly impressed by the fact that theybuilt Bournville as a village where their employees can live happily in the20th century. I think in that time, when industrialization just beganand workers were exploited and oppressed by most factories, it is remarkablefor an entrepreneur to care about thewellbeing of itsemployees. So, overall, Cadbury would be the first name in my mind when itcomes to a successful family business.
